You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. By placing your order you have represented to Liquor Box that you are at least 21. All alcoholic beverages delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age. If a delivery must be rescheduled because a person of legal drinking age was not available to accept delivery, additional delivery charges will apply.

Alcoholic Beverages may only be delivered in Texas to those areas licensed for such sales.  Shipping laws vary from state to state.  Check with the alcoholic beverage regulatory authority in your state before ordering.

We offer four shipping options:

Local Delivery - Galveston, Texas
UPS Ground Service - approximately 2 to 5 business days in transit after order is processed
UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit after order is processed
UPS or FedEx Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit after order is processed

A $5 insurance fee will automatically be added to all orders requiring shipment in order to cover any breakage or loss that may occur. If you choose to decline this coverage, you relieve Liquor Box of any and all responsibility for any breakage or loss.

We are very sensitive to the damage heat can cause wine. From May to October we suggest next day air delivery of wine. We will ship your product in pristine condition, but we will not be responsible for heat damage during transit.

Shipping charges are based on distance and weight.  Actual shipping costs plus the cost of protective packaging will be confirmed with you when your order is processed.

All orders will be confirmed via email or phone and processed within 2 business days. Once confirmed, orders will be shipped as per your instructions.  You will receive a tracking number.
