We will ship wine to you in any states where legally possible. The laws in regards to who and where we can ship to are changing daily so please call or stop in to verify if we can ship into your state.
Although we must verify all purchases that are made within our store we must also check for proof of age when delivering any alcoholic product. We will NEVER let anyone sign for a package without proper proof of age and we reserve the right to refuse delivery of your order if not satisfied with your proof of age.
Our shipments are sent out via Fed Ex and can be shipped any method decided by the customer. We will tell you the shipping amount based on the product to be shipped and method of shipping. We will package your wine in Fed Ex approved wine shipping boxes and schedule your shipment, however the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We must also charge the customer the set amount of the shipping materials that your product requires.
It will be the customers option if they want extra insurance on their shipment. Once the product leaves our store we will not be responsible for damaged product, however we will file a report and make sure that Fed Ex makes good on damaged product by crediting your account.
We recommend that some expensive wine only be shipped overnight express as it may not be tolerant to hot or cold weather conditions. We will recommend overnight shipping if we feel it is necessary, however it ultimately will be the customers decision.
At this time we are not shipping outside of the United States.
Please call or email us to verify if your state is one that we can legally ship to. Our shipping company reserves the right to refuse delivery of your product if not completely satisfied with proof of age.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
Though we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, Liquor Box representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so. Sometimes there are discrepancies with pricing on our website. Should your order contain a price discrepancy, we will notify you of the change before we process your order for your approval.

Canceled and/or returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
SHIPPING INSURANCES
Shipping insurance will automatically be added at cost of $1.00 for orders $100 and less and $.50 for every additional $100 after that.
